you know... I am very lazy, but I love food… spinach is another vegetable
that have A LOT of leaves, and their roots are very sandy… save yourself a hassle, just grab a bag of

**this recipe is good for 2 servings   
Ingredients:
* 1 pack
of washed spinach
* 2
tablespoons of butter
* 3 gloves
of garlic; minced
Direction: 
* large saute pan; medium heat, melt the butter with garlic till aromatic.
* raise the heat to high, add the spinach; stirring constantly; about 1~2 min, until the spinach is completely wilted.
* add salt to taste.
